Studies

Comprehensive studies are fundamental to any successful project. Halyard provides study services that range from desktop trade-offs to feasibility studies that meet Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) standards.

Brownfield Upgrades

Brownfield projects are often more complex than greenfield projects. Halyard has expert knowledge and experience associated with the planning, engineering design and safe and efficient implementation of brownfield projects within an operating facility.

Modular and Pre-Fabricated Construction

Our modularization strategy is based on adding value to projects by reducing overall project cost and schedule while keeping in mind logistical constraints and envelopes within an existing facility.  Halyard have strategies for modularizing several areas of processing facilities from crushing circuits to water treatment plants.

Operations

In addition to providing engineering and industrial design services to the mining and minerals processing industry, Halyard operates a recycling processing plant in Toronto, Ontario. This experience enables us to bring vital knowledge of day-to-day operations and risk management to our Client’s projects.
